Today was the day the gals coming for a baking session with me… I was damn excited and nervous! What if the batter dun turns well? What if the mixer breaks down halfway? Okie I knew I think too much. =P Lets not think about the outcome.. the fun is actually the process right? So lets just have fun while we experiment together.
Just as expected… theres hiccups during the process… too much flour to fold in .. how come the cake never rise well … how come 240g of butter only produce 2 miserable bowls of icing cream? All these questions are definitely too much for an amateur baker like me to answer ya? I think seriously must go for 1 baking class…. then I can go bombard the teacher with all these ??? keke.
As usual those cam-whoring gals took tonnes of pictures during the process … total 200+ of them… unbelievable! Lolx
